Floral Delivery Policies and FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
"Can I order from your store online?"
Yes you can! Click the button on our website's header that says "Order Online." Place your order before 10:30 AM for same-day delivery. You can input specific arrangement names or leave it up to our designers to make you something unique and always beautiful.
"Where do you Deliver?"
Our delivery zones are listed by zip code in the footer of our website. Each delivery is handled with great care and expediency to ensure the highest quality of flowers are given to the recipient.
"I know it's last minute but..."
We do our best to accommodate your afternoon orders. Same day delivery can be guaranteed when you place your order before 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Our delivery range for same-day delivery orders that are made after 10:30 AM is limited. An additional delivery fee will be applied, starting at a minimum of $10.
"I have an aunt in Tuscon..."
Unfortunately we are not part of a wire-service, meaning the delivery range for our specific designs is isolated to the greater Sacramento area; zip codes we delivery to are listed in the footer of our website. We have decided to operate outside of the wire-service system so that we can ensure that the highest attention to detail is maintained for each order.
"I need something fast!"
Deliveries to business locations are guaranteed to arrive to your recipient before 5:00 PM. Home address deliveries rarely are delivered past 5:00 PM depending on availability. We can arrange for same-day pick-ups in the shop should you need something urgently.
"They are beautiful! How do make them last as long as possible?"
We recommend changing the water every other day or so. Keeping flowers in fresh water and out of a hot environment helps them last. For plants we recommend watering about once a week by fully saturating the soil, draining all excess water to avoid root rot, and providing a light source. Each plant is different. It's important to research the plant you're given to better understand it's needs.
Our delivery service leaves the shop by 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday. If your recipient is not present upon delivery, we will attempt to leave the delivery with an apartment office or a co-worker. If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order, weather-permitting, we will leave the delivery on the door step for residential orders. If we are unable to leave the delivery at the door, we will bring it back to the shop and notify you. There will be a re-delivery attempt charge of $14.95.
Some private and state buildings do not allow our delivery drivers to personally deliver your orders due to security measures. These orders are either left with the security staff and delivered through them, or the recipient will be contacted to meet the delivery drivers on the premises. If the recipient does not answer, and the delivery driver is unable to leave the floral order, the order will be brought back to the shop and we will notify you. Discussing delivery options with your recipient may help determine if a business or home address is best.
Cancellations must be requested prior to the delivery day to guarantee a full refund.
Due to seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. This means that specific flower varieties or colors may not be available at all times. In the event that the exact flowers for your order are unavailable, we will deliver an arrangement with similar flowers and a container of equal value and style. Our designers will ensure that they maintain size, shape, and the overall look and feel of your arrangement. In single variety arrangements, such as a dozen roses, variety will take preference over color. Every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.
